Pelleting Solutions : Project Management
BiEnergy Group’s project management team views each project – as a unique challenge that could help change the world. With such potential comes tremendous responsibility.
As a result, BiEnergy Group views communication as the most important factor in project’s success. To foster seamless communication among all parties, BiEnergy Group utilizes web-based proprietary project management software that allows 24/7 real time access to information pertaining to the project.
In addition, BiEnergy Group utilizes a systematic approach to the project that guarantees no detail gets overlooked, and that the project exceeds the customer’s expectations. The projects consist of the following stages (described in summary form):
- * Consultation stage: BiEnergy Group’s professionals will discuss all aspects of the pelleting process, from determining the type of material to be pelleted to establishing plant design, desired capacity and management operations of the plant upon completion of the project.
- * Project planning stage: During this crucial stage the parties discuss the customer’s specific objectives with respect to the project, including the manufacturing processes, the size of the facility, the input and output requirements, and the machinery necessary to reach those goals. A project management plan is drafted by BiEnergy Group and agreed to by all parties. This plan will include the following:
- A statement of objectives
- Engineered plans of the project supplied
- A critical path
- A project timeline
- A comprehensive list of deliverables
- * Project execution stage: This stage is where the proper planning pays off as the pellet manufacturing facility is constructed to the plans developed in the project planning stage. The equipment is delivered to the site and installed and construction is completed.
- * Project implementation and completion stage: During this stage, BiEnergy Group fine tunes the machinery and the processes to ensure that the new pellet manufacturing facility meets all of the customer’s objectives.
Upon completing the project, BiEnergy Group provides continued customer support and can provide a host of other services to guarantee success of the venture.
